Losing It Challenge- Week 2
One week into the challenge! And, since it is Monday it’s time to make a report.
One pound lost. I am also checking my measurements, because I know that as you start to add muscle the scale doesn’t always move downward. This past week I have been more conscious of my intake and activity level. I have been having tons of fun in my living room, cranking up the tunes, and doing as much hoop dance as the space allows.
Awhile back I won a book called Mind Over Body. I am reading it over again because it has a very sensible eating plan, as well as a good weight training workout that I would like to do. I used to do weight lifting in high school, and it was a great way to stay in shape, but besides that it was awesome to feel strong enough to do all the things I wanted to do. I want that feeling back!
I am not as brave as Kitliz, she posted a before and current photo, and plans to donate to a charity too! It will be fun to see her progress! Anyone else out there joining in, please let me know so we can all encourage and keep tabs on each other. (:

UGH next week! That’s what I’m telling myself lol. I think I’m going to go the exercise goal route this time. Give myself something to work toweards.
