Life, love, and the pursuit of pink flamingos!
Alright, since this challenge is going to keep going on until the goal weight is reached, I am going to stop tracking my weeks. Another week has past, and since I totally took the last week off of my plan due to birthday celebration and my husband having the week off, not much has been going on weight wise.
The good news is, that even without sticking to my regular plan I haven’t gained any pounds. The bad news is that I haven’t lost any pounds either.

The glorious window of nice weather that is May to mid June has closed, and it is now too hot to walk outside in the morning (unless I wanted to punish myself further and wake up at the butt crack of dawn). Night time is the right time, but it poses it’s own challenges, namely, that is the time my hubby and I have to spend together.
One thing that I had hoped we could accomplish this week while hubby was home was to put our work out area back together again in the basement. When the pipe burst everything had to be moved around, and there is still a bit of clean up to do. This means that our treadmill and our weight machine have both been out of business.
My dream would be to get the whole space cleared out so there would be room for doing work out videos too. I have some fun DVD’s, but the way our home is laid out is surprisingly not good for doing any kind of aerobics. Seriously. I have tried! But, if we could clear out even more of our storage and arrange it right, our unfinished basement would be a great space to do them. We could even get some of these foam tiles and really make it a home gym!
So fellow weight busters, how are you doing with your goals?

Your post served to remind me that I’m not doing very well with this year’s weight loss goals. I’ve gained weight rather than losing it… spending too much time blogging and not enough time exercising.

Same boat. Not losing or gaining. Hopefully I’ll gather up the motivation to either further tweak my diet, or exercise more. I am eating out less now, and I’m proud of that.
