I have a folder on my computer (and a three ring binder full of things too), where I put photos of things that I love. Things that I find inspirational for the home, garden, and of course things that are just plain funny too. The computer folder is getting nice and full, almost as full as my binder!

Since we are patio daydreaming around our house lately, I thought I would share two photos that I came across that are just so lovely. I don’t know the sources, so if it’s your photo let me know so I can give due credit. Here we go:

Aren’t they cool? I really love the circular feeling, it is just so much nicer than a square. We had thought about making something rounded, not exactly a circle, but something with soft edges that would look more natural than hard edges.

We have yet to get started on the project, it’s been really hot and also busy around here. It’s still on our list of projects for the year though, so I am hopeful that we will get it all figured out soon so I will have photos of our patio to show as inspiration.
