Roses, rain, and iPhones
It’s been raining so much here lately! Of course this is a good thing, we do live in a desert after all. However, it’s not much fun. It’s supposed to be summer. I’m supposed to be tan from all the time spent gardening. We are supposed to be biking up the canyon, cooking on the BBQ, and stargazing. Instead we have been inside, enjoying movies, cuddled up, and listening to the rain.
The rain does bring good things though:
I just love how these photos of our roses turned out. It was not all the way dark yet, but the flash on the camera came on, which illuminated the raindrops on the roses. I couldn’t have planned a better effect! And of course, what good would rain be without a rainbow?
Now, where is that pot of gold?? If I found it I would buy myself an iPhone for my upcoming birthday (but I would want a hot pink one like Miss D has)!
