A few random things from the past few days, weeks… it all blends together when you are enjoying yourself.

Noticed this little bug while we were barbecuing, and wondered what it was. It looks like a caterpillar and yet, it has long front legs more like a spider. Very odd, but colorful. Also, it was really, really, small.

We bought a Lego set so we could use the Lego’s for making a mold for an experiment, but it was much more fun to just use them as they were intended. Of course now we don’t want to take it apart!

The rain hasn’t been all bad… look at the clematis! They have done so well this year, and I know it’s because they have been getting the water they need (usually the sprinklers don’t reach them, and I have to try to remember to hand water them).

And lastly, Baby got a very cute hat in the mail a little while ago. Sadly it was a bit to small and so she wasn’t having it! This is the only photo I got.

It’s a little hard to tell, but that’s her paw (not an ear), and she is hitting the hat off of her head. Luckily some other things that she has been sent recently were hits, and have hopefully made up for her having to wear the hat.
