Goals
Some have already started the boot camp, but it’s still July here in my neck of the woods! So, here are the things that I am hoping to accomplish during the boot camp.
- Hoop daily. Hopefully outside so I can practice off body tricks. I would really love to get a new off body trick perfected.
- Walk 2 miles at least 5 days a week.
- Clear clutter in my physical spaces to create room for new, better things.
- Read a good book.
- Make better food choices, include more fresh fruit and veggies in my diet. Also more whole grains, and less processed foods.
- Support my lover in his dreams and goals.
- Utilize the power of being grateful, including using this blog as a daily gratitude journal.
As you can see, not all of it has to do with hooping, but I fully believe that we can’t put our lives into little compartments and feel whole. Everything relates and is connected to each other.
