101 Update
I was just looking at my 101 in 1001 list, and realized that there are many things that just won’t happen before March 2010. In fact, it shocked me to see how soon the deadline was. The past year has been a crazy roller-coaster ride, and has flown past faster than I ever thought possible. No wonder we didn’t get many things crossed off the list!
It’s unlikely that we will be debt free by the deadline, though we are still working on it. Of course, maybe we will win Publishers Clearing house and be able to cross that one off the list! One can dream, right?
Hiking to Mount Timpanogos won’t work since we missed the right weather window. The weather is also not in our favor for taking some of the other trips on the list, of course time and money isn’t either. However, I think the biggest disappointment for me is my #101, adopt a dog.
Hopefully some of the smaller goals will happen. It was good to look over the list again and refresh my memory of the things I had hoped to do. Now that the weather is colder and inside projects sound fun again, I could paint some walls and cross off that goal. Even though most of what is left on the list won’t happen by the deadline, I am still going to work towards crossing them off. In fact, I plan to create an all new list once this one expires, it’s a really fun way to track goals.
