Recently there have been a lot of possible good things floating about, a few contests entered, some very fun and exciting possible blog reviews, and the like. Alas, they all include waiting to see what happens. Some of them have already come and gone without us winning, which is a bummer because there were some very cool prizes.

We didn’t win the million dollars in the Cutest Dog Competition. I didn’t win any of the iPod Touch contests I entered, and I didn’t win another contest where the prize was a $300 giftcard. That would have been amazing for the upcoming holiday season, especially because we are trying to bust our debt like Mario busts bricks!

There are two other contests, one of which ends on the 16th of this month (is it really November?)! If we make the finals, it’s all up to votes to actually win. So you can be sure that I will be pestering all of you to vote for us. LOL! One other one is not decided until December. However, I really don’t want any of the dates to get here too quickly! Time is already speeding by way too fast.

Lastly, the other great thing I am waiting for news on doesn’t have a deadline. I did get some encouraging email about it this morning, so perhaps it will still happen. I have my fingers crossed that it does because it would make Christmas baking SO MUCH BETTER! I can’t spill the beans yet though!

It’s hard to wait for good news.
