I loved this recipe! I'm glad you liked it, too. The streusel topping is amazing! By the way, did you know there's a shortage of pumpkin this year due to flooding in the mid-west? My husband mentioned it to me this morning and the thought of going through Thanksgiving without pumpkin pie has me in a bit of a panic. So, I'm off to the store to see if there's any pumpkin left.
