Trick #1

I am going to number my tricks in order of how I am working on them… not the order in the book. The first trick I am trying to master is called Pump (page 44). I can move the hoop from my hips, bum, up to my waist and back down again. However, in pump you are supposed to move the hoop all the way up to your armpits.

Ummm… I can’t seem to get my hoop past “the girls”! I can get it to my rib cage for a bit, and sometimes even on top of “the girls” (be sure to wear a bra!), but then it just falls back down to my waist again. Not sure the best way to get it up to my armpits, but that is my goal. I would love to be able to move it all the way up and down my body like so many hoopers do.

Anyone else out there have troubles getting the hoop above your ribs?
