First up, gorgeous goodies from the equally gorgeous Jenny. The camera necklace is a new favorite, especially with the chain made of little love hearts. You can get one too in her shop. I also have to say that opening the envelope was so much fun. You can see what was inside, including handmade envelopes. The packaging was as lovely as the actual goodies within it!

While the East coast of the nation has been snowed in, and the West coast rained out, we here in the Rockies have been enjoying a fairly mild winter. It’s been cold, but above freezing for the most part. The sun has been out so much that trees and bulbs are starting to show signs of spring, even though it’s still just February.

I got some adorable, and very real looking, chocolate eggs in Valentine’s Day colors. They really do look like you could eat them, but sadly, they are not edible. Also, a pink toaster, complete with different plates to make love themed toast arrived as well.

In addition to everything else, I have been trying to work on a major spring clean. It feels good to pare down and live with just those things that are beautiful, useful, or otherwise bring joy. It also feels great to let things go, knowing that they can find new life in someone else’s house. Something about spring like weather, and also just being stuck in the house instead of being able to play in the garden, lends itself to doing a clear out.

Plus, nothing feels quiet as nice as a clean house!
