Today the weather was cold, 50 degrees for most of the morning, and right now it’s just 64. Fall seems to be coming, ready or not! My search for a bedroom spruce up continues. One place that I love is Pottery Barn. Sure, I usually don’t get to purchase anything from their shop, but I have always loved the look of their rooms. This room caught my attention.
It has the bed that I want, the one with the drawers under it (which would be amazing for storing bedding in). In fact, I am pretty sure that I shared this very image of the bed before, but I hadn’t noticed other things in the room quiet as much as I did again today. The bedding? So fun for fall, or perfect for a cabin. The colors of the room are really lovely too, they feel very natural and creamy. I love the stone behind the bed, and the brightness of the windows.
I am still plotting and planning what I can do to perk up our room, on a budget of zero mind you. It won’t be easy, but it sure is fun gathering images for inspiration!

We have been considering bunk beds for our kids that have integrated drawers beneath them. It’s certainly a nice feature. For the bunk beds it tends to raise the height of the bottom bed a bit (at least for the set we were looking at).
I like the bedding on this — very natural looking. Is that stone behind the headboard?!
