I know that a lot of people skip breakfast, especially when they are dieting. However, a good, filling, breakfast is a great way to stay full and satisfied throughout the day. Breakfast foods are actually my favorite foods in the whole world, and I often have breakfast for dinner! Cereal especially!
Fiber One cereal has been a staple in our family for some time now. My mom has eaten it for years, and even our dog used to love to eat it (Baby also loves it, but she’s on a special dog diet so she doesn’t get to enjoy human food anymore). Fiber is also great for helping you stay full, which in turn can make it easier to eat less and lose weight without feeling as hungry.
One serving of Fiber One Original cereal provides more than half (57%) of the Daily Value of fiber. It also has 0 grams of sugar, 14 grams of fiber, 60 calories and 1 gram of fat per serving. It’s not just great for breakfast though, there are many things that you can do with it. There are some great ideas on the Hungry Girl website, including how to use it to make crunchy chicken, and even pie crust! One simple thing to do is to make a yogurt parfait with your favorite fruit, and using Fiber One in place of the cookies or pound cake.

I haven’t had Fiber One in forever, but I loved it for a long long time!
And I actually would love a food scale
I recently tried Trader Joe’s take on the Fiber One cereal, and I must say I like Fiber One better. I love mixing it with some Kashi Puffs Cereal and a banana.

I like to top my yogurt with Fiber One, and I have food processed it into flour before!!
