Sweet Dreams
I really love the way this bed from Pottery Barn looks. The color of the wood, the bedding, the fact that the bed frame is not being held up by stacks of books. So very unlike my own bed, which is still being held up by stacks of books.
Oh, and I realize the photo does in fact have piles of books in it! But at least they aren’t holding up the bed. 
I could totally live in a Pottery Barn. It never fails that I visit the site, or look at a catalog, and see something I love. Today I was looking to see what new beds they had, if any, because yet again I stubbed my toe in the night on a book. I really thought I would see a bunch of little paper cuts on my toes this morning from the run in (luckily I did not). It got me thinking of how I can’t even remember when we had a proper bed frame. How long had it been this way, a year? Hopefully not more than a year, but could it be that long?
I think this bed could be a winner in the great bed search (the ideal option would be a king sized bed, if money were no object). It looks like it would match our furniture, and it appears to have the option to add a headboard, which is great since we have a headboard that we love.
Sigh… maybe we will forever be doomed to the redneck version of a bed…

I LOVE the duvet! I love these colors!!! Our duvet cover is from PB 7 years ago and I still love it…. but maybe now I want something more….

I could seriously spend so much at that place (good thing I don’t have it to spend, or my whole home would look like a catalog). I am very tempted to get the bedding in the photo too… now if only there were something wrong with the bedding we already have. LOL
