Do What You Love Challenge

I count myself to be extremely lucky in the friend department. Seriously, I have some of the most amazing friends around, they always inspire me with the awesome things they are doing with their lives. One friend in particular is always living life to the fullest, and this dear friend recently pointed me to the 120 Day Do What You Love Challenge.

When I saw her post about starting the challenge, I knew that I had to join the fun. What could be better than spending everyday for 120 days doing something you love to do? Of course, the challenge is to narrow it down to just one thing, and that was the hard part for me. There are many things that I love to do! And recently I had been thinking about some of the things I really enjoy doing but haven’t really done in a long time too. Kismet perhaps?

My choice for the challenge is to dance everyday. For today, day one of my challenge, I took advantage of a warm spot in an otherwise chilly day and went outside with my hula hoop and headphones! It was really fun, and it felt great to just get in the hoop and play around for a bit. Even despite feeling truly awful the past few days, just getting out and moving was such fun.

Speaking of headphones, my most favorite pair bit the dust recently and I need to replace them. Ear buds don’t work for me, I need the good old fashioned kind that go on top of the ear. Any suggestions for awesome headphones?

This should be a fun challenge, and I will try to update my progress on the blog from time to time too. What would you choose to do each day for 120 days?

  1. Fantastic Aimee!! This means we both get to celebrate together in 120 days that we accomplished an amazing goal at the same time. I’m so glad to have a Challenge-ling buddy YAY! :D

    • You do know I was talking about you in this post!! ;) Glad that our celebration date will be the same, even if our challenges are worlds apart I am guessing we are going to be having one incredible journey!
