I recently got the chance to try the new Fiber One 80 cereal, and now I get to share it with one lucky reader! Not only does the cereal have 40 percent of the Daily Value of fiber in one 80 calorie serving, it also tastes great! Fiber can help you feel fuller longer, which we all know is a great thing, especially if you are watching your portions! Would you like a chance to try it for yourself?     I exercise every day, but it’s usually something fun so it doesn’t feel like exercise! I’m naturally drawn to healthy foods, ( total fruit, veggie and whole grain lover) but I also LOVE dessert! When I have one I make sure it’s a GOOD one, so I never feel deprived and I am always eating foods that I enjoy!

    I run 3 miles every day, do up-hill sprints, and go on a one mile run with my brothers to the park. I drink 8 or more cups of water a day, and eat lots of Fiber One bars

    I keep a tall glass of water by my bed – leave there before I go to sleep every night. When I wake up, I finish the entire glass before even getting out of bed – that assures that I at least start my day hydrated – and helps me start the day off on a good foot!
