I exercise every day, but it’s usually something fun so it doesn’t feel like exercise! I’m naturally drawn to healthy foods, ( total fruit, veggie and whole grain lover) but I also LOVE dessert! When I have one I make sure it’s a GOOD one, so I never feel deprived and I am always eating foods that I enjoy!
I walk everyday and I take my son and dog along! I also try to get enough fiber in my diet and drink lots of water!
I learned that there are recipes on the Fiber One site and I want to try the Creamy Dark Chocolate Pie! It looks yummy!

I run 3 miles every day, do up-hill sprints, and go on a one mile run with my brothers to the park. I drink 8 or more cups of water a day, and eat lots of Fiber One bars

Morning runs and eating healthy keep me in shape
I do pilates several times a week
I keep a tall glass of water by my bed – leave there before I go to sleep every night. When I wake up, I finish the entire glass before even getting out of bed – that assures that I at least start my day hydrated – and helps me start the day off on a good foot!
I take a multi-vitamin daily and try and exercise 4 times a week. Thanks!
