Never too old!
I will never be too old for Sanrio!
When I was a little girl my family would visit my grandmother every weekend. Each and every Saturday we would help her run her errands which usually included a trip to the local mall. This particular mall had a Sanrio store, and it was heaven! Especially as a little girl who was spoiled by her grandmother with some sort of fun item from that store! Sanrio has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Fast forward to today and I still love going to a Sanrio shop. Luckily for my wallet the nearest shop is about a half hour away. Also lucky for me? My awesome husband knows how much I love the stuff and often gives me cute things on holidays. The fun little plush in the photostrip are from Christmas.
While I will always love Hello Kitty, some of the other characters have become recent favorites. Chococat and DeeryLou are both high on my list. I have always loved Kerroppi too, so I am happy to see they are bringing back items with him on it! Who is your favorite Sanrio character?
*The photostrip was made with the Photobooth app on the iPhone. Sadly plush animals, as cute as they are, aren’t super cooperative when getting their photos taken.*
Simple Sprucing Up!
Our second bathroom has a beach theme, so when I was able to snap a fun photo of one of the tiny seahorses at the aquarium, I knew right away what I wanted to do with it! Yes, I wanted to blow up the photo and hang it in that room!

Luckily right around that time I was contacted about doing a review for a site that makes canvas prints! I was so excited because I knew just the image that I was going to use. As you can see, it turned out just awesome! The colors are vibrant, and the process was super easy and fun. It would be perfect for gifts too, and the package arrived quickly. Overall a wonderful experience and I have awesome new artwork in my bathroom!

It’s always amazing how just a simple spruce up can make such a big difference in a room! Have you done any sprucing up recently?
A little hoop inspriation!
Hoopdance is always so much fun, and there are so many variations! In this video Deanne and her friend are using mini-hoops to create a really awesome routine. I haven’t tried doing anything with mini-hoops, but I sure do want to!
What is inspiring you today?
