There are many stories to tell about the conference I’m attending, but very little time to tell them right now. I just had to pop in and share a few photos though!

The sunsets recently have been just amazing. The above photo was taken in my backyard, and yes, it really was that color. The moon setting this morning was beyond beautiful, but hard to capture.

This is the courtyard at the hotel where the conference is taking place. I love going out into it, and sitting by the fountain. Strangely, I am always the only one out there. I hope other people are taking advantage of the awesomeness too. Maybe it’s just too cold for the non-natives. LOL.
And last but not least, the photo my hubby thought was totally weird of me to take. The mushroom in my soup.

But really now, it was totally cute enough to warrant a photo!! Tasty too. More stories and photos to come soon.
I have to admit, I have tried to participate in the 365 project before. Tried and failed. However, the idea of taking a photo each day for a year really appeals to me. I want to try it again. To make it easier on myself though, and to overcome what seemed to be the major obstacle (downloading the photos daily), I am thinking of sharing my photos weekly on Sundays.
I have been practicing this month in anticipation of really giving it a try. Here are some favorites.

Perhaps the cutest pumpkin in the world!

These looked like silver in the sunlight!
If all goes according to plan, I am going to start my 365 project on October 1st. I really hope that I can make it happen this time around! What about you, have you ever attempted the 365 project? Did you complete it?

Fall rose in the sunlight.
I turn 35 this Thursday! I can hardly believe it! I certainly don’t feel like I should be in my thirties, let alone 35! In my mind I feel much younger, but I hear that is how it is for everyone.
Just for fun, here is my birthday wish list. I know some are a bit “out there” budget wise, but it never hurts to put it out there!
- A mix CD with your favorite songs and/or songs that remind you of times we spent together.
- This Hello Kitty watch from Swatch.
- A dinner that I don’t have to cook, or pick up.
- New walking shoes, and a gym membership too.
- An overnight someplace fun with my hubby.
- The Electra Swing Tandem 3i bike.
- New rollerblade wheels.
- The Hello Kitty Fender guitar.
- A garden dome green house.
- A B-52′s tee. The first concert I ever went to!
This photo has nothing to do with turning 35, but I found it funny. It was on a mini-golf course that we tried to play on last week. I say try, because although this photo looks nice, a few seconds after I took it, the rain started and it got very windy.
