I recently got a very fun Shironeko Holga camera to review (here). The camera has a kitty face, and even makes kitty sounds and lights up with a push of a button. Baby was very intrigued when she heard a meow.

Today starts another contest that we are hoping Baby will win. Here is her photo, and you can click on it to be taken to her voting page. I will add a button to our sidebar too. We only have this voting period to have a chance to win the prize for our favorite animal charity, Best Friends, so please vote (you do have to register once) and spread it around to your friends. We would love to see Best Friends get loads of money to keep doing their amazing work.

Now back to working on the kitchen for me. Our counter top install date was moved, gratefully they didn’t have a problem moving it for us. We now get counters on Wednesday!! Yipee!

On Christmas Eve we got the coveted Mr. Squiggles! Of course we had to see how Miss Baby would react to the Zhu Zhu Pet. Of course, we had to get it on camera! As you can see, she isn’t really sure what to make of Mr. Squiggles, but she sure was curious about it!

Yesterday was Baby’s 6th birthday. We celebrated with some cookies (photo of the day), and of course a special treat for the birthday girl. Her very favorite rawhide chews! She also got lots of socks (her other favorite thing). But the cutest thing ever? Her little head tilts while I was telling her it was her birthday! And yes, they were caught on video!!
