Pretty neat, right? They can “sleep” for 50 years without dying. Turns out they lived during dinosaur times and used to grow up to 150 feet tall. Now they are little, and dry up to be able to tumble around until they find puddles. Fascinating stuff nature!

Oh my goodness! I couldn’t wait to post about this because it is so amazing. The Olloclip iPhone Lens turns your iPhone camera into quiet the wonder camera! It’s 3-in-1 lens features a fisheye, a wide angle, and a macro. I was pretty excited about the fisheye lens because I think there is a lot of fun to be had with them. However, once I gave the macro a whirl I was instantly impressed. The macro is amazing!! Here are a few shots with it (remember these were taken with my phone!):

Pretty amazing right? I can’t wait to try it out on more things. We already have been having fun seeing what details we can capture on the tree. And speaking of trees, this is what our tree looks like through the fisheye lens.

If you have an iPhone and enjoy taking photos, you really need one of these! It just slides over the phone, and is easy to take on and off. It’s little so it can fit into your purse no problem, and it works with any photo app too. I do believe I am in love with a lens!

You can find the Olloclip at ThinkGeek, and they have an Olloclip Facebook page where you can also try to win one for yourself! So excited to play with this new toy over the holiday break!
