This book review is about the latest installment in what has to be my new favorite series from Readers Digest! E=MC2: Simple Physics: Why Balloons Rise, Apples Fall & Golf Balls Go Awry contains bite sized information about physics. It’s everything you wanted to know, presented in a fun and informative format.
You might not know this, but my husband is a genius. I mean that seriously, I am pretty sure that if he took an IQ test he would be off the charts. We often watch shows about science, and he is usually finding and pointing out the problems that some of the scientist had in their logic. We both love to learn about things, and while we have both read some interesting books about physics, he might be the only one who really “got it”. Until now of course, this book, I totally get! I love how this book uses real world examples (that are funny), and explains the more complex matters in a way that anyone can understand. High IQ not required!
A perfect little book for on a coffee table (also great for the bathroom), you can pick up and read something interesting on any page. It’s not a book that you have to go cover to cover, but you can jump around and learn something new, or remember something you already knew, at any point in the book.
