Project Hoop!

Project Hoop is my attempt to learn a bunch of new tricks for my hula hoop. I will be tracking my progress and adventures here. By the end of 2010 I plan to have learned all 50 tricks in the book, Hooping: A Revolutionary Fitness Program (Book & DVD)
