1 November 2009 - Already a senior?
I swear, sometimes I must already be a senior! I suffer from brain fade on occasion. I even sometimes get cold when the air conditioning is on. Also, I like to eat dinner early.
Apparently this means that I am an “early bird”, and it seems that most early birds get a special AARP discount!

Project Hoop!

A life long dancer picks up a hoop, and changes her life. Could life get much better?

Project Hoop is my attempt to learn a bunch of new tricks for my hula hoop. I will be tracking my progress and adventures here. By the end of 2010 I plan to have learned all 50 tricks in the book, Hooping: A Revolutionary Fitness Program (Book & DVD).
